According to the rules of Maharishi Vagbhatta, the food which does not get the sunlight and the touch of wind while cooking is like poison. Sunlight does not reach the food while cooking in the pressure cooker.

Food has to be cooked without covering the utensil to get sunlight while cooking and cooking without cover keeps the air pressure normal as a result of which the proteins do not get spoiled.

While cooking food inside the pressure cooker, the air pressure doubles from the atmosphere and the temperature reaches 120 degree centigrade, as a result of which proteins of lentils and vegetables become harmful proteins. When Rajeev Bhai got the dal cooked in pressure cooker tested, it was found that 87% of the proteins get destroyed and become injurious to health.
