Treatment to relieve stomach gas
Consuming too much spices and eating too much food increases constipation and leads to gas trouble. Stomach bloating, gas getting stuck here and there in the intestines, gas not getting expelled, restlessness and severe pain are the symptoms of gas formation.

- Kali Harad, Chhoti Harad, Baal Harad, Jau Harad, Jung Harad-Take any one of these, wash and wipe it and after eating both times, keep one Harad in the mouth and suck it. Keep sucking for one hour. It is the best medicine for gas and constipation. It helps in easy bowel movement. Appetite decreases. Digestive power increases. Liver diseases and gas in the intestines are destroyed. Skin diseases do not occur, teeth become strong. By consuming it continuously for a few months, the number of glasses decreases. The habit of smoking cigarettes and bidis breaks.
- Cut green turmeric into small pieces. Sprinkle lemon, salt and black pepper on it and take it with food. This will not cause gas.
- Take 25 grams of fenugreek and 25 grams of dill and fry them on a pan, then chop them halfway. Consuming 5-5 grams of this powder gives relief from gas.
- Add two spoons of castor oil to a glass of hot milk and drink it. You will get quick relief.
- Mix garlic and ginger juice and drink it with lukewarm water. Stomach gas will disappear in a few minutes.
- If there is gas in the stomach, grind pure asafoetida put it on a cotton ball and place it on the navel. This will release the gas and the pain will be cured.
- Chewing fennel and sucking its juice calms flatulence. Taking 4-5 grams of fennel powder with warm water also relieves gas.
- Drink baking soda, lemon and salt in water, stomach gas will not bother you. Take ground turmeric and salt with lukewarm water. You will get immediate relief.
- Drinking sesame oil heated with asafoetida, snuff or black salt relieves stomach gas.
- In case of constipation and poor digestion, stomach gas increases restlessness even more. There is an easy solution to this. Boil tamarind pulp in water and consume it mixed with a little sugar.
- Diabetic patients should add a little jaggery or jaggery instead of sugar. Heat a glass of sugarcane juice add lemon juice and a little rock salt to it and consume it. Drink it at least twice a day. Gas will subside soon. Add a quarter spoon of lemon juice and a little rock salt to a spoon of celery and consume it. Drink it at least twice a day and you will never have gas.
- Roast and grind a spoon of fennel, and make powder of sugar candy in the same quantity. Mix both of them and mix it with isabgol husk, take two spoons of this powder in the morning, evening and night after eating food, then there will be no heat in the stomach and the food will also be digested soon.
- Licking betel juice mixed with honey gives relief from gas problems.
