Treatment Of Uric Acid

Apple vinegar

Apple vinegar is very beneficial if uric acid increases in the blood. It acts as a detox medicine which helps in breaking down the uric acid compounds and removing them from the body. Consume one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water thrice a day.

Lemon

Lemon increases the level of acid in the body. But lemon only increases the amount of alkaline acid. The amount of uric acid can be removed from the blood by consuming lemon. Add two to three teaspoons of lemon juice in a glass of lukewarm water and drink it every morning on an empty stomach.

Cherry

Consuming cherries reduces uric acid levels. Consuming cherries daily for 2 to 3 weeks reduces the level of uric acid. You can also drink cherry juice.

olive oil

Start consuming olive oil instead of other oil in vegetables. Monounsaturated fat (unsaturated fatty acid) is present in olive oil, which reduces the level of uric acid.

Baking soda

Mixing half a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water and drinking it daily keeps uric acid normal. Alkaline elements are found in baking soda which makes uric acid more soluble than before. When this happens, the kidney is able to filter uric acid easily.

Do not consume purines

Consuming excessive amounts of purine increases the level of uric acid in the body. Purine is found in large quantities in animal meat. Therefore meat consumption should be minimized.

Eat foods rich in fibre

By consuming things rich in fibre, uric acid is easily mourned by the kidney. Along with this, such substances are also to be consumed, in which carbohydrates are found in abundance.

Milk intake

Drinking a glass of milk every night before sleeping also reduces the increased uric acid.
