Prepare a decoction by taking 5-5 grams each of Panchatikta decoction, small bitter gourd, dry ginger, pohkarmool, absinthe and cook it in 300 grams of water. When 50 grams is left, after filtering 30 grams decoction, drinking it destroys cough and bile fever. Can also be used in proportion with antipyretic medicines.
Drinking a decoction made from Parwal leaves, Neem bark, Myrobalan, Baheda, Amla, Mulhathi, and Khireti cures bile-phlegm fever.
